Well, the term “it’s a dog’s breakfast” certainly does not apply to the 4 legged people I share my life with. Their breakfast this morning was:
Raw Yam, finely grated with organic apples and a?parsley pesto ( I make those during the “high parsley” season, consisting of parsley, walnuts and olive oil), with all of that they had raw salmon, cranimals and their supplements.

Great breakfast tips Eva!
I must say, I have been amazed & so impressed with the improvement in my labrador, Willow, on the USANA supplements. She is taking the Essentials (1 tablet chelated minerals & 1 tablet antioxidants twices daily), Biomega (1 tablet daily), procosa II (1 tablet daily) & Active Calcium (1 tablet daily) – this is because she had an orthopaedic operation last year & has early hip osteoarthritis (more fool us, not choosing a pup whose parents were hip scored!). She thrives, and her coat is amazing! So shiny, people always comment.
See her star on my Sussex holiday cottage website, http://www.VaneCottage.co.uk !
Take care Eva!
