Appologies, My dogs have enjoyed many of those since squash season began. Just to no longer keep it away from you, here is my latest greatest creation – easy to make and very much liked by my girls.
The first picture shows the layers of squash. There are layers of red beets, parsnip, and a mix of red lentils and millet(this I cooked first) added loads of coconut oil. Second picture – green peas, eggs and a bit of water in the blender – poured over the layer.
drip some olive or sunflower oil on top. In the over for about 40 minutes or until the veggies are soft.
