Beef Stew

Ingredients:
4 to 5 cups of the following veggies cut into small cubes
Kuri Squash (or other squash)
Green Beans
Carrots and Turnips
Celery
About 2lb of stewing beef, cut up

Directions:

Put 1/4 cup of olive oil in a pot and add 3 cups of water (you may have to add more later).

Add 2 cups of seeds and pulp to stew (protein) - see separate recipe. Bring to soft boil and simmer for about 20 minutes then add about 2 cups chopped kale and/or parsley. Coverand simmer for another 10 minutes or so.
